I have a 7'10 walden mega wide that was left in a hot car during the last couple of days and as a result it has developed a slight twist. I was wondering if any one can give me some advice on how i might be able to get the twist out its not that big overall about 1/2" but is noticable and I would like to try and fix it before it gets worse. So any suggestions would be most welcome...

If no one here can come up with a suggestion, you may need to join the swaylocks forum and ask them.

They're more in to building and repairing boards.

I have done this with a little succes...take the fins out and place the board on a flat surface....bottom down...pack up the nose and tail lift, the width of the board...counter balance the high spots with weights...leave for a few days...you will need a fair bit of weight on it to move it so be carefull not to crush the bottom of the board...better to put some padding on the packing pieces...a little bit of heat helps...if it's an epoxy though, be very carefull of that...you could cook it and totally f#*k it...my advice is to leave it, some of my most favourite boards have had twists...I dont think it will get worse (dont leave it in the car) hope this helps
