Guys have you come across a good book on surf spots in indo. A real guide written by real surfers explaining wind, tides and swell needed including the best and worst the time of year for that particular area/break. Some stuff on net but not really detailed. Something we can take with us easy to reference and plan a week trip around?? I meAn I could write a lot more about the our local breaks than what I have seen. Also possible travel options to get to certain places and time.

^^^ +1000 for Indo Surf and Lingo
I never bought it (been there enough and already speak Indo haha) but I had a flick through it at some beach warung on Nusa Lembongan.
It's definitely got you covered. Loads of info on so many of the famous and not so well known breaks all over the popular places in Indo. Any self respecting surf shop should have a copy.
Having said that...in my opinion/experience: nothing beats local knowledge.
