What do you do to prevent foiling out when cranking upwind so hard? Does the sail stay sheeted in or do you luff it? Move it forward?

Hi Tom
The harder you turn the more active you need to be with weight transfer. I swing the rig forward and into the wind, depowered but not luffing allows pressure through the mast foot to help keep the nose down
