+1 for Gwarn's comments. A large part of the fun for me is building and riding my own creations.
I researched the same thing recently (USA custom windsurf boards) and came up with Tillo as the best bet. I emailed him and he said "maybe". You have that connection.
As I drilled down deeper, I found some surfboard CNC shops just north of you. Try Liquid Gold Glassworks in Daytona, if your shape fits in their cut window they might build it for you or at least cut it. I can help with the 3D model if you like and can give some guidance on the laminate. I would offer to build it for you, but I can only handle so much epoxy, and my dance card is full of my projects. If no one wants to build it, have the blank milled and finish it yourself.

I will say this about building boards; it makes you understand why they cost so much!

Spent enough time over the years at Alex "Tillo international " garage on the board, fin, foil projects over the years, I know exactly what it takes to build a board. Sorry, no time , skill... to go that way. At this point I got perfect foil and sail set up for my style of foiling, now the board is a bit dated based on above upgrades. Looking for some magic, not amateur hour....

Roberts will only do their designs, not proper custom.

Maybe North Pacific?

FYI: Talked KT in Maui, they are willing to do it. One thing I can't get is hollow construction 😔 but the rest no problem

From my experience with ROBERTS he will modify his design as you wish but will not start from scratch. I think this is the same for all custom board builders. You want a proven shape, rocker line and out line and even foot strap placement etc. But there are many things he can tweak when he does the finish shaping.

IMHO If you have a specific shape in mind that is not made by a manufacturer then a custom board builder may be the answer but only if they have something close. Custom builders generally give you shapes that are ahead of the curve and higher quality for a higher price. Roberts being Canadian may be priced better given the state of the Canadian dollar
If none of this works, and you want to have some fun, then building your own is a great idea but from my experience consider the first one a prototype because as soon as you ride it you will discover the things you want to change. The good thing is that you will now have the skills to change them or build a second better board.

^^^ I was going to suggest slingshots builder whoever he is. Insta is flooded with their vids about their new wing board and they interview some dude who did all the prototypes
but you would wanna know he understands our needs, there’s a lot of folks in winging who get a core cut, glue in tracks badly and lam not quite enough carbon all over.

Greg Glazier rides his boards, Tony is a windfoiler first. Hence the split from Slingshot

Either Tony at Oxza ( long wait time for custom) or Art at North Pacific. Both are excellent choices... Tony is quite a bit more progressive while Art is more conservative in his shaping
