I know that Sabfoil wings do fit Phantasm fuse, but what about stabilizers?
I tried 1100 wing and felt that I could use a bit more pitch stability with perhaps a bigger stab than Phantasmic stab. Anyone?

I found the same thing too when I tried to use the w1100. It was massively rear foot biased as speed increased. In the end I drilled out the rear screw hole of a SABFoil s450 stab so that it would fit. That worked reasonably well but in general the SABFoil stabs don't fit.

The lack of different stabilizers and shims on the Phantasm range was one of the things that made me switch to SABFoil. I don't agree with the Slingshot line that their PS400 stabilizer works perfectly with all their front wings and that the use of shims is inefficient.

In my opinion getting the right stabilizer and angle (through shims) is crucial to get the foil set up perfectly. On SABFoil I can feel if the stabilizer is off by as little as 0.5 degree and adjust accordingly. For each front wing I have a favoured stabilizer and shim angle.

Thank you Simon! I think I will try to shim my Phantasm stab first. I also felt that this 1100 likes to go upwind downwind rather than across.

Simon,
is it the curve of the saddle, or the distance between the mounting holes that is different on a SABFoil fuse ?
