IF you survive the learning curve it is easier on the body. I suffer from back issues and tendonitis in the fore arms and foiling lowers the sail loads enough that it is sustainable for me.
Foiling is about keeping it down not getting it up!!


It's more front footed than fin. As soon as you fly focus on controlling the lift.
Take it slow, you will get it! Congrats on taking the leap!
