Has anyone tried a 7.5 none cam sail on the Atom 100 ? Does it work ?if so 38 fin?or 40 fin? With a 80 kilo rider.

70 kg, Rocket Wide 108 (73 wide), 40 cm fin, NCX 7.5. Works, flies through lulls, but I don't think it gets me planing earlier than a smaller sail would, because it's a bit nose heavy. The Rocket is rated for 6.0-8.0, which means that the sweet spot is 7.0, and I guess I proved it. But then the NCX produces a lot of mast foot pressure. And while these wide thin boards can take big sails, I don't think they need them.
