Decrepit I didn't quite understand your description of the rocker, here's my suggestion use a modern 265 to 280 slalom rocker line,
a.k.a. KA202

Thanks bluejuice,
Hope nobody, is small minded enough to flame you, if they don't agree, they can say so without flaming!
sharing rocker measurements is always a hassle, we all seem to do it differently, my method is to use a straight edge as a tangent at a specific point and mesuring the gaps along the board
Trouble is I have no idea about slalom rocker, except they're a lot flatter than wave. Hardie has a couple of Slalom boards, but not sure of their size or age, I'll check tomorrow.
I've measured this one again in 2 different ways. Set a straight edge on the 900 mm point, there is 8mm at tail and 220mm at the nose,
The last 1.3 meter is close enough to a continuous curve, then it accelerates to the nose.
Set the straight edge on the 650mm mark and there is a gap of 5.5mm at the tail and the 1300mm mark.
Must brush up on my maths, should be able to work out a radius from that. (OK spent a while blowing some cobwebs out of the maths dept, and come up with a radius of about 37 meters)
Your V is very close to the conclusion Hardie and I had just come to,
I have a feeling your rocker wont be a lot different either.

Cheers

I have been building expoy sailboards/mablius using carbon wood fiberglass and dcell .I vacum bag every thing (when you work it out you will under stand why) as for materails you must shop around i get my stuff at very good prices from places not mentioned in the forum .It should cost less than $350 to build a board .I would recommond not to spend to much $ on the first couple of projects as i can ashore you that they will not turn out the way you have planed or you will want to change your design,as the last layer of filler coat goes 0n,but dont be disheartened this is called the learning process there is no fast track as any one who has built a final quality product will tell youThe fist time you get her to plan ,jump or turn you will be king of the worldIf you need any advice on vacum baging drop me a line. I wish you good luck as you enter in your project.
peace out fellow board builder (kaos69)
