An honourable mention must go to Haircut, for making a comment about the size of Gestalt's bum.
It was close this time, with two posts that had full points. So I get to cast the deciding vote, and it's a really close call. Poor Relative's picture of the toilet gremlin leaves me in stitches but unfortunately isn't a caption of the original picture. Shame really, we all know that PR would come up with a cracker of a picture.
