Have to head up to Carnarvon for 3 months (fruit picking, for visa), is there any good spots (apart from gnarloo), close by this area that may work in the next couple of months. Cheers
Perthwaterboy, if you haven’t any feedback by midweek, let me know and I will call one of my crew who lives and works out of Carnarvon and try to find out for you. Would have thought somebody would have said something by now. Not that close to Perth, so can’t see it being overrun by us lot down here if it’s a 'special spot' up there. There is a windsurfing and surfing shop in Geraldton, they may be of some help.
Spoke to lad in Carnarvon. He isn’t a windsurfer, but has seen the odd one or two at the back of Babbage Island, past the one mile Jetty. Kites surfers there as well. Gets a bit choppy sometimes but normally OK. Hope is was of some help
