^^^^ lol what he said

I'd say that's a glimpse of the future of our sports after global warming has removed the waves, water and wind

Love it! Ive been trying to pursuade my partner to sailboard but hes not interested enough..he likes kayaking though soi this would suit him well! Also I might borrow the fan idea ( except have it on) for when I go sailing..the wind around here has been pretty ordinary..
On another note I went down for a sail yesterday.I rang the local sailing shop..yep 15kts..Ok its a goer..1hr later down rigging the 6.6m & yep i think Ill be hanging on! Wind dies to 5kts occasional puff of 10 when I hit the water..floated around unexciting but pleasant.Came in & unrigged a few hours lated & it picked up to a consistent 15 kts![}:)]..Still it had swung180 degrees so it would have been a problem getting back in as now offshore & it only lasted about 15 mins & died.Murphys law!
