Even if you don't like GoPro footage give this a go. It gets really interesting from about 1 minute onwards:

Dude has balls the last thing i'd be doing with a great white in the vicinity is breaking out the GOPro, i'd be paddling like a mofo

GoPro is the first thing I would do, sharks have to much dignity to be captured as GoPro footage and they swim off..
