The Catfish Low model has been redesigned from previously and is more robust and comfortable than the old ones and the instep strap is more sturdy than the old ones, which used to fold up and split . They are a tiny bit larger than years ago, but much better made. I'm size mens 10.5 in the US and their 44 fits fine. My partner uses the Catfish High and likes those as well. She's US womens 8 and takes a 39/44. They also are a hair big, but the next size down was too snug.
