Hi There

Have and older North Drops 430, rigging new 2007 5.5 Storm wondering if you there much difference between ICMS on differenrt brands even though they rate the same scale i.e. 21 . The north seems to be a bit stiff compared to a newer 460 Mast Thusy I have. Whats the down side of the mast being to stiff?

Hi Paddy,

The North should be fine with the Storm. Actually IMCS isn't the full story, there used to be things like "Flex tip", "Constant curve" which correspond to where the mast bends most, and have nothing to do with stiffness.
