Is Trolling Good?

On the whole it must be good. How else would we get to chat with such engaging folk as surfingboyo (whose intention it is to f'k on his first date and has the decency to publicise the warning).

somewhere in the history of the interwebs someone got the word trolling mixed up with Trawling, ie. trawling for bites but it seems to have stuck

from this day forth my mission is to fix such interwebs mistakes like trawling, and shall also fight until they replace the p in pwned, with an o

I think trolling is good for pelagic species such as tuna and mackeral, also good for trout and other salmonids, but for bottom dwelling species such as flathead it's better to use bait on the bottom.


You obviously haven't tried bottom trolling then Easty? "As an 'ambush' predator the flathead will chase, and attack a slow trolled bait within a few metres of the bottom..."

So to add...trolling may be underestimated, and under used as a method of luring your target?!?
