tell her it would be like using one of those old bicycle of the 1800s with the big wheel at the front...
wouldn't be very safe and wouldn't go very fast and very far.
but having said that now you don't need 3 boards....one would do...
what are your boards anyway you might find some people that would get them for
few bucks just to learn on, unless they're heavier than a menhir!!!

forget about that , this i's not windsurfing this is boat sailing!!!...
Find one of these new boards that are a bit wide yes, but a sail around 5m2 to 5.5m2 will do for the typical seabreeze.
You will always find some people full on about fins size...and all that crap , like it use to be for slalomers in the old days but apart if you want to go pro you don't need all that. The idea now is a good all around board and a good sail ( as they've got a huge wind range now)...anyway any shops will be of good advice.
