Hopefully should have some reasonable wind, NW as well so many spots are out.

Anyone else going anywhere on the gold coast? MD74 have you got a new mast and fixed your sail yet?

got masts and my sail fixed, Ive got something on until 11am, I will see what is going on thenn, I guess family wise, as my family will be going to the beach, ill be heading to miami, once again!

If they burn me, and kirra is happening, I might do the drive down.

MIAMI its gonna go NE i can feel it. Oh MD is ur daughter still with that dude who is the son of the life guad at miami? lol. I will be there tomoz. 20-25 NNE predicted.

Pff. You believe the BOM? I seem to remember being invited to Miami far too many times when the only activities on offer didn't involve shorebreak... that's all I'm saying. *nudges Gestalt*

Funnily enough I grabbed some screenshots of the forecast for this weekend a couple of days ago, the big three were all significantly different, will be interesting to see who's right

It looks like I'm going to Kirra with Chairman and we possibly may go to Nobbies afterwards? If we get to Nobs, i don't think that will be a problem

yep ill be at the usual, just north of the blue covered kids playground along miami/nobbys esplanade, southern side of the centre flag area, life tower 22.

Ill be there at about 11.

If the wind is not up, we can supervise Junior on the playground!

will be awesome to see a fleet out at miami today!

will be awesome to see you in the waves haircut!

I dont think we will have a mast snapping swell like last weekend, I surfed every day this week at miami and slowly watched the swell drop to a pissy 2ft.

Aaaaaaahhhhh *stretches out arms from a good 4 hours on the water*

Wind was , waves got bigger as the day went on, good to see the usual suspects out there having a good time

mmmm I sailed at from Miami from 1pm till 2, then the wind died in the butt, sat on the beach for an hour or so, met another new wave sailor on the goldy. Sounds like you guys had the pick of it. Did get some killer jumps in though, so im super pumped!

strange how 5-10 km drive along the beach can make so much difference to wind strength It went very on shore at Kirra but it was averaging about 15 to 20 for most of the day, and it was still windy at about 4.30 when we packed up and went for a beer
