If it's Perth, then it's got to be Dutch Inn at Cottesloe,. 1 km south of Main beach at Cott.
Very reefy, but not that big a problem, the 2 biggest problems with Dutchies is Crowds when its good, and the wind is cross-on so your bottom turns can end up with the sail being rip out of your hands. Move your left hand closer to the mast when wave riding, and practice sailing clew first.
The break on the left of the groin is probably best left to the experienced guys till you get good enough, so you practice in the smaller stuff to the right of the groin, less likely to get in anyones way.
