Hey Wormy, you can't expect common sense and politics to go hand in hand. Elmo's right, it was introduced here regardless of what the polls stated. Well when I say introduced I mean a three year trial, Three Years? are they expecting us to forget what we voted on?

Well, thats right Wormy, having the cohones. Trouble is most people don't want thier end of year performance review to show they'd rather be windsurfing than doing an extra hour of overtime to take advantage of D.L.S. Don't laugh, I've spoken to two people so far whose employers have requested they do just that. And we're talking about the disadvantaged, single mums and young people just out of school.
If you want to propose working arrangements with someone, it's always best to come from a position of strength, thus eliminating the latter.
Whereas it may work for you and me, I genuinely feel for people who have no bargaining power whatsoever. Cant always be pigeonholed to those with and those without balls
