that's not bad...bit of off-season cross training at the least.

this is much more difficult than you realize

here in Canada it is winter now and I have built a snow sled using skis

experiments with snowboards showed that it required bigger winds AND if you stay in the boots , it will be very awkward on one leg of the run - also NOT so easy to control direction other than with the sail

this looks like it is from latvia where they have done much more winter windsurfing than here in Canada - here it is like I am the pioneer ...

I made mounting brackets to attach skateboard bindings on a snowboard, I stopped at this point ,cause I saw winter is going to be crap so I rather started shaping a board for the summer. I would need just a piece of 18mm plywood some nonskid stickers and make some bindings.

the original Idea was to reduce the leaning angle of the snowboard when turning, riding hooked in, so you don't get thrown from rail to rail.

Maybe next year :)
