you need to look into the video archives and check out a movie called Tradewinds.
Fred Hayward strapped a sail to a door and sailed that. I also remember the guys from freesail once made a windsurfer from a bit of ply, or it may have been an OS mag.
But yeah, nothin new here, we have been there and done that.
