Weather Reports explanation

Afternoon, having been looking at the weather reports which I have copied below and am confused how/why the wind at Cape Moreton is from a different direction to all other winds - its been like this for a few days. Does this seem correct, Redcliffe is SSE, Maroochydore is SSE but Cape Moreton is NE

Looks like someone has inserted the blue wire into where the red wire should go,.... or is it the red wire where the orange wire should go,.. or maybe the orange wire where the ,... Someone has stuffed up!
