Who uses what courier to send items interstate, particularly our beloved windsurfing kit for a reasonable price without getting broken into tiny pieces ?

Check windsurfing sales in NSW
Bud or Matt have a good handle on this as they send gear regular via this method.

Living up in Noth Qld I have to get lots of gear sent and have found Fastway good value Star track ok but recently had a sail sent from Melbourne to Townsville with TNT which cost more than twice as much as a sail from Perth to Townsville. It usually depends on the senders preferred courier.Good luck.

I've sent gear via National Rail. The drivers have a personal locker in the loco. Got a sail to NSW for a carton of crownies.
Make sure you wrap the gear really well and mark it clearly. Recipient collected from office of container terminal without fuss - make sure they pick it up straight away or you really stretch the friendship..
