I have been spending a small fortune on AFL trading cards for my boy,he gets lots of fun and satisfaction out of collecting them, but as much as i dislike AFL i find my self looking for the cards on a regular basis and i dont mind buying them, but its got me thinking how much better it would be if you cauld get windsurf trading cards the potential for the windsurf industry cauld be quite big,as every star rider would want to be on a card with rank and profile, for example Robby Naish would be a star card and a must for all collectors. If the windsurf shops stocked them i would be popping in on a regular basis to buy a pack, and whatever else caught my eye

When I was a kid I used to buy and trade all sorts of cards. Rugby league cards and cards that had WW2 aeroplanes on them are two I remember.

Not sure if the market for windsurfer cards would be all that big. Most Australians at least wouldn't have the faintest idea who Robby Naish is so his card would be worth just as much as a much lesser windsurfer. I don't think the recognition and general public interest would be there.

Now that is an absolutely fantastic idea, I mean I could swap my double`s with other, collectors, and you could flick them up a wall and who ever wins keeps both cards.

so you could have Naish V`s Angulo. etc.

Yep I take my hat off to yeah, my life would be better, with a collection of windsurfing card`s.
