Is there a windsurfer out there with high end web and gaming experience/skill. I have a serious skill deficit in this area and would like to partner up with someone on a joint project.

Skill set should include html skills, coding, sql skill set, web design, and UI design skills.

Can look at either payment or partnering on project. Sport and windsurfing knowledge is a must.
