Given small enough a sail, it's probably OK once you're out, but the way they set out around 2:30 mark, wow, that requires reasonable-size gonads...
I'd be afraid too of equipment breakage, getting washed in under those conditions ??

It is the cold and the fact that it really doesn't look like that much fun out there that would get me... put it together with the launch and I would probably opt for a hamburger and the warmth of the car heating.
