didn't want to spoil the awesome stories from the loc so posted here.

the loc had me thinking just how skilled the top sailors are.

when the formula oceanics were on in qld Steve Allen and crew went out in 30 knots and 3m swell on their formula kit with 10m sails.

the shoreline had a beach break that they launched through.

the mind boggles how Dunky and co managed 9+m sails in surf. they're just at a different level.
