how to do a Forward Loop

i can't, but i've tried a few .
have been given some great advise, but would love some more

and hopefully by the end of summer .

bear away at the last minute like you are going into a gybe,
leave wave at speed,
tuck feet up to your bum pointing nose of board downwind,
look at mast base, shoulders forward,
sheet in,
round you go!
don't let go!

I will give you my secret method [}:)]

Head upwind towards the largest wave you can find

Point upwind as high as you can

Whilst in the air

- dont sheet in hard

- dont look to the back. Look at the nose of your board

- dont sniff your armpit it will only add to the pain

- and Dont sneak off and try and get tips so you can try and beat me to doing a forward.

try boardseekermag.com it has an excellent section on doing forwards amongst other moves
