Try using punctuation and grammar. Then someone might be able to make sense of your rambling and answer what I think is a question.

All of the Pryde Zen sails are designed to go on a 430, but since the extension for the 6.7 is 30cm it might work. I'll get my 6.7 Zen out tomoz and rig it on my 460 and see what it looks like and I'll let you know. I've not tried it in the past as I run the 6.7 on a 430 RDM and my 460 is a SDM.

Cheers...Jason.

Bertie that was ****ing rude. For your info, a few people I sail with are too shy to come on this forum because their writing skills aren't too good and worry about being criticised like the above. Could you not do that dude ?

Actually flipper your grammar and spelling has improved enormously with each incarnation...

I am sorry there are people who feel embarrassed to post here.
As long as your meaning is clear corekt spelling and grammar aren't essential.

Bertie is usually very helpful. He must have been having a bad day. There hasn't been any decend wind here for a long time, so cut him some slack.

nooneexpectsperfectprosebutifyoucantbebotheredtomaketheslightestefforttomakeyour writingeasytoreadwhyshouldwebothertotrytoreadit?

Punctuation and grammar - a little bit goes a long way.

I don't see why a Zen 6.7 wouldn't rig on an NP 460. Is the boom a bit narrow or too short?

come to qld and throw **** **** wit, come to qld and let me know when here theen keep talking little fella. Grow some interstate nuts i would love to play with you lol ps look me up seeing you are so bright user name very close try stephen, work out the rest wanker!

Well you PMs are easy to understand NOT. I needn't post the other one.

I was trying to help but your post didnt make sense.

THEN you changed your post and it now makes sense. You even put some full stops in!

What size boom is the X5, they came in many sizes from min 135cm to about 250ish cm. This usually helps when selecting a sail while trying to avoid the purchase of another boom.

cheers. The boom is 185 - 230, would that cause issues as i believe recomanded is 165 for zen sail. Its been a while (six years approx) since last sailed so out of touch with new gear and how these things affect performance. By the way all good appreciate the help.

Unless you speak perfect Queen's English, have perfect grammer and spelling and hang out at the sailing club in your smoking jacket sipping fine wine,, you cannot be a windsurfer.

Can we have an apostrophy in Queen's please.

Queen's English belongs to the Queen so needs an apostrophy.

Queens means more than one queen.

Hang on, your apostrophy looks to have fallen down beside your comma.

Do many kiters have dropping apostrophy syndrome ?

I just looked up the specs for the Zen 6.7. It's not straightforward is it.-
luff 460, boom 204.
recommended mast 430 and designed to use a 160 boom.

As far as the boom is concerned I think it implies a minimum 160 boom so yours will be ok.

As far as the mast is concerned if its designed for a NP 430 then when rigged on a NP 460 you would expect it to be too full in the bottom and a bit reluctant to flex off in the gusts. You should be able to pull the sail flatter with outhaul so it looks ok and it will probably feel ok but I really don't know. You'd probably have to over down haul it to make it feel comfortable.

I'm always up for helping people as my mates know.
The big support crew in windsurfing pisses all over the crews in the other sports/hobbies I participate in.

You wouldn't own a Moto Guzzi motorcycle too would you? Now that's a small world wide community, if you need help just about every owner on the planet falls over wanting to help you fix it. It's all good. Good to see this forum is the same, there's no such thing as a dumb question.

What's it with Cagiva's, 2 in a row?! Had a LM5 once, LM's are sweet things, and so are the big chooky Navigators, nice donk. Mito's are great little screamers too. It's the buzz of being out in any weather at speed on bikes and sailboards that puts a smile on my dial maybe why you and your mates like 'em too. Holding open the LeMans 40mm Dellorto throttles is akin to hanging on to your boom without a harness at 25+knots! You need forearms like Popeye and a death-grip to have fun! It's all a buzz and the pain worth it. I've got a 30 year old modded SP, it was made the year I started windsurfing! And my slalom board is near 20 years old, which is how long it took me to get back into this sport!
