Scrub with nail brush or toothbrush... This is very sore but very important. You must do this till the bleeding starts Now pour metho and then vinegar onto wound (this is same as aqua ear) Metho dry wound, vinegar kill reef bacteria
Leave wound for airing... no pick of skin or scab and NO scratching of him

Now drink vodka and if you use your toothbrush for scrubbing throw him in bin. If you use friends toothbrush, just put back in bathroom
Yes Kremlin Have done this with brush before. Just remembering to keep Vodka bottle out of falling distance for when shock hits and you fall over in cold sweat. It works but you must be committed.

I not say antibiotics is bad, you sound like you have big fever = big infection, so antibiotics must be used... I just not use antibiotics with vodka yes ?
Next time you must be scrubbing BEFORE cut feels like it starting to burn and pulsate. Then wash with metho & vinegar (or use aquaear, same same) Old toothbrush is very good for this yes, old toothbrush has soft brisstles if you no like rough bite of scrub brush yes. Me like hard scrub brush very much, but I am from Mother Russia
