Isnt it great to see Colour back in windsurfing ?

Paul - you didnt miss out on too much - it was perhaps the hardest day of sailing i have ever had at Scarbs.

Ben Arthur was killing it in the jumps department.

Pic above shows a classic Scarbs wind wedge - great to see Ben and Ash squeezing everything out of any wave that dares to show up on the bank!

Thanks heaps for taking the time to snap some pics.

Very good pics. Looks better than Lancelin on same day, but as Matt says these sailors make scarbs look a lot easier than it is...

LTA, I have a canon 60 D that I still don't know how to get the best from and picked up a cheap sigma 50-500. good range on the lens but not too sharp, so nothing comes out too crisp. I am still having trouble getting my focus points right. A few shots you may notice the wave in focus instead of the sailor. I prefer to shoot movie so there is less stuff up on focus.

cheers, I really luv that 2nd shot - felt like I was on the board

Is the sigma one of those BIG lens (like the grey canon ones) & what's its F stop?
