Yep coming good, bout 2 weeks I reckon, X-Rays to make sure its all grown back in place and I can get back out to play.
All the conditioning gone, muscles all flabby, ah well, same as start of season, just belt the crap out of myself and it comes good after a few sessions
Must admit, I have never spent so much time in front of this bloody screen Outdone my misses on it this time
Hardie and Elmo keep us all amused with their stunts, every time I see one of their post I just start laughing, before I read it.

yesterday's thoughts - should I go back to work? Bugger it, it's blowin' constant 30-35 knots, I've allready had a 2 hour "lunch break", I'm falling in love with my new 4.2, I'll take the whole arvo off.

Geez, Harrow, my mother was right about what happens when the wind changes!

When I sail formula gear I think about work.
When I wave sail I think about catching waves, jumping, avoiding other sailors etc.
Hence I no longer use my Formula gear and have moved to Geraldton.

I listen to elevator music...the harder the session the more annoying the music.

Followed the next day with F*** I FORGOT MY MASTBASE

I seem to get a song stuck in my head too, but I also SING it - noone can hear me so its the only time I can do that. I normally can only remember one line anyway.

I also talk to myself, things like, "this one", "turn on the next one", "no not that one the next one" etc... or "hit it" "hit this one"

When in the zone and cruising I start to daydream about all sorts of weird stuff but unfortunatley work does crop up now and then and I do have some quite good ideas when on the water. I guess the subconcious dredges them up.
