where are you North or South side of sydney?

One of the best spots for wavesailing on the East coast would have to be Samurai Beach (just sth of Port Stephens) Awsome in a Noreaster...... slightly cross offshore winds, no chop, clean waves, 2nd break is quite a way out.
I sailed it a lot in the late 80's and early 90's.

Only problem its a 4wd access to the beach.
forgot to say its a nudist beach........

Its not that big a secret boris, most people in nsw know about it. We had a nsw wavesailing comp there a few years back.

Ahhhhhh Grasshopper, I do know you. I'd now be riding a 8'7" Naish.
Took me a few days out to get the hang of it again.......made an ass of myself at Nobby's.
But after the last big winds from the south I've sussed out the the board...It was a bit wild with the 5.8 in 30+ knot winds but it was good. I do need a smaller sail but that will come in time.

Would you be interested in a coast run from Newcastle to Caves when the N/E winds are constant???.....
One of the mates is keen as he regulary does the run.
