49 Knots & Counting = Seriously FAST!

Reports are still coming in and official times being processed but early reports suggest that Hot Sails Maui team rider Martyn Ogier has clocked more than 49 knots at West Kirby. Thanks to his new team mate Jon White we have a little video while we wait for the official results. See link below for video.

The HSM race sails have a short boom cut out and its a bit on the low side, so you dont need to be too tall to top out!

he is 6ft7, or 200cm!!! And thats only a 5.5

I think his scores have definitely put the HOT sails GPS up there with the best now, maybe more people will take note now they are slightly more 'proven'

I have never been to West Kirby.......hopefully next spring will be my first trip up there. I live the other end of England.....ok its only a 5-6hr drive!
