Hi guys, greetings from the UK!!
I went for a drive yesterday to West Kirby which has the most insane speed strip I have ever laid eyes on. This place is custom made to deal with the prevailing Nor Westers they get blowing in off the Irish sea. The strip would be nearly a km long and is just a perfect angle with the possibility to high five people standing on the pathway bordering the run as you scream past them (a la Sandy Point)Two days before I was here it was blowing about 30 knots and Dave White was there putting in some high 40 knot runs. I've taken pics of the place so I'll upload them when I'm back.
Glad tosee you guys have had a bit of wind to get some runs on the board. I'm looking forward to doing the same when I get back in a few weeks and even moreso buying a new board. It's the least my wife can let me do after all the crap I've had to sit through with all her relatives over here.

Anyways, I hope it blows for you all again very soon and I look forward to seeing you on the water!
Rex.
