OK here is my final decision..........

After listening to everyone, and discussing with David from Gybesports the decision is as follows:

Draw the Gaastra Vapour 6m sail out of the hat.

Draw the Fiberspar mast out of the hat.

A Gaastra waist harness will go to the most improved 5 X 10 by Dec 30 as previously discussed, and the longest distance will get a gaastra travel bag so he can get on a plane and get his board back.

A Huge thanx to David from Gybesports for dipping into his own pocket and making these extra prizes available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And is that the longest total distance over the whole comp, or the longest session?
Just so we're clear.

Yes fair point, the longest distance in any one session from 1st of May 2007 till 31st Dec 2007. So Kato is the front runner I think?

That gives a bit of impetus to the race for 200km. Very interesting to see what the winning distance will be.

Yes I think it is very interesting to up the anti and get people competitive. I am hoping someone else might step up to the plate with a prize for the best Alpha. Gybe Master extrodinaire!!!

It's great to go fast in a straight line but the turns sort out the men from the boys.
