I told Elmo last month, that if you wanted to win the alpha fin you'd need a good 26, he didn't believe me at the time.

I've seen slowboat gybe, it's very impressive, I always suspected it wouldn't be long before he cracked 26, but that's amazing!!!

Be nice to see his entry, and minimum speeds.

Super job Chris. That is going to be hard to beat but there is nothing like a challenge to get everyone fired up. I know a few guys that might be lining up for a crack at it.

Good luck to everyone else having a go at the Alpha.

Thanks Mike! It has been a blast for me to see Alpha Racing take off. I suspect it is getting popular in the gorge too as I am getting more registrations from over there and this is perfect for their conditions.

False Alarm, Slowboat too much of a gentleman to claim it, has eliminated the 27 knot Alpha, we'll never know how close it was to a new pb, thanx for the honesty Slowey!!!!!

I got 26.738knot Alpha last night.

Unfortunately it was from a catapult, god only knows I managed to go around a corner in flight.

Nah my catapult record still stands at 20m.

This one I stayed hooked in and got slammed, the only extra distance I got from the boom was from my seat harness getting pulled down to my ankles and breaking a harness line

It's got me buggered with the track points, but it's there.

Tis a shame about Chris's though, won't be long before he does a jibe that crazy away.
