The distance machines were out there today, braving the elements and super gusty conditions to crank out some huge scores.

In the end the Swan River Mob dominated, but not without a spirited effort from the Mandurah Mob and Pinnas...

Pity it was a work day...

While the wind was gusty it was great to be out on the water. I am lucky to work with a contract that includes a 19 day month so I can take a day off occasionally when there is wind.
Still, being a self employed tradie appears to be better! Any other great occupations people can suggest to ensure their windsurfing time is not cramped?

what do you do evets? i am a hydrostatic engineer (plumber) so start early finish early is pretty good for sailing especially when you have day light saving in summer

Is uncle Al that bloke who digs all the brown gravelly stuff out of the hills, puts it down to Kwinanna or wherever and turns it into a funny power in a smelly process before turning it into second rate booms [give or take a few stages/processes]?

I think it's known as crystallized electricity

Hmmmm, Millions of tonnes of red dirt turned into crystalised electricity every year. One tiny speck of included foreign body in it and boom goes the boom! Preferably not when you are 5 ks for the nearest land.
What a pity one of the by-products isn't wind: we sure need more at this time of year!
