Hi guys,
I was out in Kurnell with my 7.5 around 3pm this afternoon and I took the 40 knots wind right in my face

I had to derig on the water but there was so much wind and waves that I took the choice to leave the sail and stay with the board...

So if anyone know about a north sail natural 7.5 blue with two stickers like my avatar PM me please.

Hey buzuc,

That's out of control.

Hope you find your sail.

That's out of control.

I was out of control : the board was flying around because of the combo wind+chop and rolling a sail with one hand (the other one already holding the mast, boom and board) is impossible. So I let the sail sink and paddled for 1 hour.
I have to thank again the jetskier who came to drag me to the beach!!!

Without him I think I would have finished in La Perouse or at the end of the airport runway.

Today I'm completely exhausted

It was crazy out there yesterday! I was out on 4.8 at Lapa getting flattened by those 40+ Kt gusts.

that would have been a bit scary with the offshore wind and that size gear. sucks about the sail. luck to hold on to the rest of the rig.

You weren't the only one need assistance, police and life guards were towing out of control yachts to moorings.
