The was filmed 3rd Sept. 25 knt NE came to play and it coincided with abolishing the one hour exercise rule to unlimited exercise.
A few out enjoying the conditions, in unrestricted times we would of had at least 20+ sailors out and 10 or so wings however at the moment only those within the local area are hitting the water.

It was great to see the family .
Oliver, more downhaul if you get pulled by the gusts, harness lines back if you feel balanced. Also are your harness lines long enough? with long harness lines and moving the boom lower you can hike more outboard to control the gusts.
Enjoy !!

Hi powersloshin
Great advise we will try those adjustments tomorrow. Just on the harness lines, Oliver is using a waist harness, I've noticed it doesn't allow to much length of the lines. Would a seat harness be better for the body positioning and comfort.

That is a personal thing, if Oliver can keep using the waist harness will be easier when he foils or goes into waves. I use sit harness for slalom and waist for foiling. Don't understand why he needs short lines with the waist harness.

Hi Powersloshin
Excellent we will persist with the waist for now and definitely longer the lines they may whinge but these young dudes can adapt to change easily.
See you on the water next week Powersloshin.

Mixed bag of talent ???

I'll see your mixed bag of talent and raise you two sports.

People often ask "Carantoc (if that's your actual name), how do you manage to stay in such peak condition, both mentally and physically"

And I reply "eh ? Pickled beetroot, four and thruppeny hape-pence, before we had food stamps though......... well what was the question? come closer dear I can't hear you..."

Anyways, to stay in prime condition for so many years I have always maintained a balanced diet. Sometimes I have brown sauce and sometime red sauce on my pies.

But it works. Approaching 70 years old and still being a practically semi-professional sportsman across multiple disciplines. Same day, different sports, talent level hitting 11 1.1 on the awesome dial.....

Hi Carantoc
You can raise me two sport, five or even ten it doesn't matter how many my point is just keep participating in live. If we all find the joy in a sport or two and it helps with our state of mind that is the winner. So if my Videos brings you joy or is the catalyst to you or anyone to get amongst it then that's great.
Lets all keep a healthy and happy outlook and remember we all have a different levels of achievement so support and encourage each other on the water and positive vibes will come back.
Kind regards
Walt
