Most of these would have it, or something similar. Thou they may only sell in relatively large quantities.

Last time I needed some (being a uni student at the time), I asked around some fibreglass boat builders and snagged some offcuts from their bins.

I have lots of 3mm corecell offcuts if that will do the job!

I think some are 250x250mm but I will have to check

That might be pushing it, but I will have a look.

I buy mine in bulk from ATL Composites in Queensland, but i haven't used divinycell in years and would not know where to get it.

There is also this place that does Airex and Corecell in smaller quantities www.playwithcarbon.com/core-material/

where is the soft spotcutting into the board would be my last option unless it has taken in water, have you thought of injecting some urethane ,
if im replacing divinicell I use 8mm and sand to get the end result, remembering your going to loose some of the core, if its the bottom ,cut a nice square piece , its easier to fit a square piece in rather than trying to match up a circle

thanks Keef, it's just behind the mast foot, definitely needed cutting up, was oozing water out. Found the styrofoam underneath was damaged about 20-30 mm deep, without removing it it would have been almost impossible to dry the area. I was surprised to find the board was made of low density styro, and how thin the fiberglass skin was. Lucky I found previous posts with plenty of good information - and ferocious arguing

you mite be able to get some packageing foam,if you cant get a piece big enough , join them but I would do everything in squares , you only need a smear of glue if I your glueing a flush joint , same as the repair if you could square that up a bit im sure it would be easier to do the repair, don't take my word as gospel , maybe someone else can have a bit of input
have you checked out what looks like a stress fracture between the pads and the repair

I got a huge piece of high density foam for $5, already shaped it, it's not too hard if you make a template out of cardboard first. The hull under that crease feels very solid, but you are right, it should be investigated , I will sand along it.... ouch !

its a bit late, but if you have another repair like that keep it square, its much easier to wedge in some glass and divinicell( 3oz satin if you can get it ), and after you have faired the divinicell to the board get a router and skim off the bog down too the glass , mask the board up and laminate to the end of the router line, if you can get some satin weave you wont need to use a lot of bog and you wont be trying to feather the job into the board and as usual sand into the old glass
maybe the guy that red thumbed me could show how its supposed too be done
