I found out the hard way to hold onto your gear no matta what. I jumped too high and knew i'd break something eg ankle etc and threw the gear away while in the air. Problem, i landed on it. I've got a whapping briuse on the inside of my left thigh but it could have been much worse as i also hit the fin with my foot, didn't cut thank god. All in all it was a top morning and i was home for lunch. Every sunday should be like that. A picture of the bruise is in my profile.
