Hi all,
My only sail is dying, sand came in it.
As below pictures
How can I fix it?
Use tape? duck tape?
What is the material of the sail please?
Thank you!

Sorry, but it looks like it's already dead. The Mylar coating has delaminated from the Dacron cloth and it will be a constant, losing battle of taping it up. Jump on the buy and sell, find a newer sail of similar size that fits your mast for a reasonable price and don't look back.

Where are you located in Queensland and what length is your mast, someone might have something local you could have for free

I don't expect free.
Thanks. I am at the north side of Brisbane.
I am thinking to go to 430. Don't whether it is easy to get second hand kit.
Current mast is 460. Felt heavy for uphauling and beach start training.

I am sure someone out there has stuff in the garage doing nothing that will be fit for purpose, ask around at your local windsurfing beach
