AUS XXX numbers are allocated by Windsurfing Australia though application to the QLD AWA Rep Scott Farley.
Refer the following website:
www.windsurfing.org/sailnumber_staterules.htm OR you can make up your own personalised number - eg DWBH
Both AUS XXX numbers once allocated and personalised numbers can be printed by Digital Ink
