A few mates use the RRD FSW 2019 model and like them a lot. I still like old JP FSW models. Just yesterday I examined a the bottom shape of a more recent JP FSW, and was surprised by the rails sharpness. It felt almost slalom like. Probably what Mark us referring to. Likely very fast...and not as easy as they used to feel.
I do have a 3S+ too.
My preference is for the 10+ years old JP FSW models. Maybe you could consider older models and save a bundle.
