Well I decided to make myself a large 108 liter thruster wave board, but with the CNC machine in bits it's time to go back to the real way to shape boards. By hand! this should be interesting haven't done it this way in 6 years and need to find my planner.

Finally the v and concaves shaped over the weekend and even had time to put the bottom on. The one thing I had forgotten was how lucky i'am having the CNC machine to shape boards I came out looking like frosty the snow man!!!

Out of the bag and looking good. Still has it's 1mm concave in the nose to 6mm in the middle and 2mm 30cm from the tail fading out to v.
Next stage is to shape the rails and deck.

the dimension will be 232cm x 64cm & 13cm at it thickest point
