I'm about to buy either a 8mtr ncx or 8.1 turbo .I'm unsure what's best suited for early plaining and control if windy picks up.my board is a 115 freerace and I'm 79kilo and advice would be appreciated.
I've got sdm 90% severne so think will rig ok just not sure if the Turbo will proform better that the ncx for my needs and taking the extra wait and riging hassle.
your mast might dictate what sail you get. NCX 8m uses a 490cm mast and the turbo a 460cm mast. the cam sail in 8m size would be a bit more stable, and possibly better at early planing.
