I'm going to try for Kent Res (St Andrews cross) Sat arvo near as I can get to the high tide at 13:15 and with a bit of luck the wind will be stronger and more S'ly by then.

U get a sail Jim

I sailed Snapper late arvo on the squallswas a bit of fun - except one run to the deep reef and just outside the wave zone went over sonething very long very fast moving chasing a school of jumping fish and it left a large water swirl behind the back upright fin and a big brown stain in my wetsuit.

Was sure I was going to drop a jibe as the adrenaline was pumping - went twice as far out - next run out there was a little tense - farkd if I know what it was but I'm sure I know what it wasnt!!!!

Very pookey on me own

Yeah Pilly, there was a few interesting moments to say the least.
First time I've been tea bagged like that for a long time, glad I was wearing a helment.
Sat & Sun were great as well.
3 days in a row, I'll take it. weather forecasters got it right down here.

Adelaide next weekend. may as well leave the gear at home and take my lawn bowls

banjo players prefer the intimacy of family members down this way and keep to themselves leaving the real freaks of the region to carve up the icy water

You're got to be joking Russell, you need to get out a bit more.

I don't have to go over seas to experience other cultures, just come to Adelaide, all done in half a day.

One thing we bango plucker have that you don't is very closer family relations.
Ty is a spitting image of my second cousin

I reckon Marty has a few second cousins down this way.

Anyway, catch ya tonight, I'll be the sober one.

Yikes! You don't wanna be the next Rodney Fox!

Sailed Kents whilst Hindmarsh was showing 19 - 25 knots - v powered on 6.0- side on -there were some very clean chest high waves to ride. Thought I was sailing a 1 m high tide but my tide watch was out by an hour! Reef by the pole started to appear a lot sooner than I anticipated!
