what wind works best there ? and where is the rig up area ?

That graph is for a few of spots: Port Hughes. Moonta Bay, Port Broughton, Fishies Bay. Possibly Port Victoria.

I normally go to Port Hughes on a Northerly in mid-winter. The spot is normally an afternoon session place (morning tends to fill in slowly). Very reliable northerlies when metro is hit n miss. Seabreezes are pretty good. Water much more cleaner than stinky Sems. No waves, but a few good jumps out the back.

Sailing with BIGKYM a few years ago. 20-25kts Northerly.
