For those that are learning and didn't know we've had and will most likely continue to have consistent seabreezes most days in the south so of you head down to the Pond (Cremorne Lagoon) you're guaranteed a sail.
For the pros, look out for Jonathon and Chris who've just hired learned boards and lend them a hand if they need it.

i just cant get enough of the sensation

The new kiters ( part time windsurfers) just love the seabreezes.

It's just like ground hog day the movie or the day after tomorrow at the moment .Get up do the chores , watch the SE seabreeze fill in to 15/18knots then drive to pond with the same
Board(106l)and same sail(5,9m) in car as the last 3 weeks (no van needed this season)
Better than no wind but I beginning to think the Spanish translation is:
El Niño =kitesurfing
La Niña = sailboarding

Ten days straight kiting with a 10m kite. Cant remember the last time I didn't get to sail or kite

Geared4knots, Damo, Buzzy...and me too - Kite-Sailors.

With this absolute DUD year for windsurfing (wave sailing) I have to confess that I am VERY happy that I took up kiting recently. 15 knots - no problem!

Two thirds of my time on the water this summer has been with a kite.

Well, if you were not so preoccupied with kiting, you could have enjoyed 25 knots of southerly wind and head high waves at Bluff. Just sayin' ...

Today was the lightest breeze for a couple of weeks, maybe pushed 12 knots in the lagoon. Not enough to bother sailing but good enough for the 10m , with a lot of work! Or in Fos's case, a 17m.
